These terms cover this website and the early access waitlist. Feex the desktop application has not been released, and nothing here is a licence to use it. Separate terms will accompany the software when it ships.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about early access and product updates. It is not a purchase, a pre-order, or a promise of a place in any particular release. You can ask to be removed at any time and we will remove you.

What we promise, and what we do not

This site is provided as-is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and everything on it describes software that is still being built. Descriptions of what Feex will do are statements of intent, not commitments to specific features, dates, or results.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• submit addresses that are not yours, or sign up in bulk
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the waitlist service
• scrape or republish the content here as your own

Our content

The Feex name, logo, mascot, and the copy and design of this site belong to [Legal entity name]. Linking to the site is welcome. Reusing the branding is not.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves toward release. The date at the top reflects the current version.
