This policy covers this website, feex.it. The Feex desktop application has not been released; when it is, it will have its own policy describing what runs on your machine.

What we collect

One thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form. Nothing else on this site asks you for information, and there are no optional fields.

Why we collect it

To email you when early access opens, and to send occasional product updates until then. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking of any kind, and it sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If you load this page and watch the network, every request goes to feex.it.

Where it goes

Your address is sent to our own waitlist service at foxhole.feex.it and stored there. A copy is also kept in your own browser's local storage, under the keyfeex_landing_waitlist_v2, purely so we do not ask you to sign up twice on your next visit. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

How long we keep it

Until early access opens and for a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email[privacy@feex.it] and we will action it. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes materially before launch, we will update the date at the top. There is no mailing list for policy changes because the only list we have is the waitlist.
